(Till dess att den bubblar tjockt och släpper kanterna.) Tillsätt    smöret klickvis och vispa. Låt svalna något och häll sedan    kolafyllningen i pajskalet. Ställ kallt. </font></p>

2 -3dl färska hallon, alternativt styckfrysta utan socker.<br />

<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Pajdegen: Blanda samman alla ingredienserna      för hand eller i matberedare. Tryck ut pajdegen i en pajform, ca 25cm      i diameter, med löstagbar kant. Ställ den i kylen ca 15 min.<br />
Sätt ugnen på 175°. Nagga pajdegens botten med en gaffel. Grädda      mitt i ugnen ca 10 minuter.<br />
Fyllning: Vispa ägg, strö- och farinsocker pösigt. Finhacka      nötterna eller kör dem i matberedaren. Blanda äggvispet med      nötterna och mjölet.<br />
Häll fyllningen i formen och grädda 25-30 minuter på nedersta      falsen. Låt pajen svalna.<br />
Tryffelglasyr: Smält smör och choklad på svag värme i      en kastrull. Blanda ner kaffet och häll alltsammans över pajen.      Låt svalna.<br />
Servera eventuellt med vispad grädde.</font></p>
